How do I know if I’ve got a claim?
Every situation is different, but the

How much compensation can I claim?
Every case is unique but the range can be from £1,000 to £25,000, but your lawyer will be able to give you a much better idea when they have reviewed the details of your case.
What can I claim for?

‘What is a claim?’ page – and part of the discussion process with your lawyer will establish what will be included in your claim.
How long will it take to complete the case?
Providing you supply all the information we need promptly our legal team will get right on it! However, we are also reliant on the other party responding quickly too. Most cases don’t take more than 12 months, often much less.
I have had an accident, but it was some time ago – does it count?
If it was within the last three years you can claim – providing you have the other party’s contact or insurance information and medical records to support your case.
What fees will I have to pay?
None at all – we operate on a no win, no fee basis – so there’s no deposit, no fees at the completion of the case, no commission or percentage of your claim due –
you pay nothing and you get 100% of the compensation. All costs are payable by the party who is at fault.
